As of April 24, 2025, at 00:00 Pacific Time, Requiem: Desiderium Mortis has officially transitioned into maintenance mode.

• The game servers will remain online and accessible to all players
• Your characters, progress, and in-game purchases are preserved
• The in-game economy and existing systems will continue to function
• No new content updates or special events will be released
• Essential maintenance and critical fixes will still be implemented

We know this announcement may come as disappointing news to many of you who have made Requiem your digital home. Our forums will remain active, and we encourage you to continue sharing your experiences, strategies, and memories.

The decision to move into maintenance mode wasn't made lightly. We've cherished every moment of developing and growing Requiem alongside this incredible community.

Our support team will continue to be available to assist with technical issues. For any questions regarding this transition, please refer to our [FAQ thread] which we'll be updating regularly.

From all of us on the Requiem team, we extend our deepest gratitude for your passion, creativity, and loyalty throughout the years. The stories you've created and the bonds you've formed in the world of Requiem represent the true legacy of this game.

While this chapter of active development comes to a close, the world of Requiem remains yours to explore for the foreseeable future.
